An ambitious secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking an innovative Computer Science Teacher to lead the development of the KS5 curriculum and drive STEM uptake from January 2026.
- Computer Science Teacher required from January 2026.
- Warwickshire-based school (Midlands) with strong links to local tech industry.
- Seeking a specialist to lead the A-Level curriculum and advanced programming (e.g. Python C#).
You will teach Computer Science across all key stages with a significant focus on developing programming skills and theoretical knowledge for high-achieving GCSE and A-Level students. The role involves linking the curriculum to real-world applications and promoting digital literacy across the school.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to teach and secure high grades in A-Level Computer Science and programming.
- Strong practical experience with advanced languages and concepts (e.g. algorithms machine learning).
- Willingness to run extra-curricular coding clubs and STEM challenges.
