Job Summary
A welcoming and inclusive 1118 school in Belper is looking for a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join its SEND department from January 2026.

The Role
Youll work closely with teachers and the SENCo to support students with a range of learning needs. This role involves both one-to-one and small-group interventions helping young people to achieve academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities

- Implement EHCP and classroom strategies in collaboration with staff
- Encourage independence confidence and positive relationships
- Contribute to progress tracking and communication with parents/carers

- Previous experience supporting students with SEND is desirable
