Role Information
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the security cleanliness and general upkeep of the school site. Duties will include opening and closing the premises performing minor repairs liaising with contractors ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting events and lettings as required. You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure the school remains a safe and pleasant place for students staff and visitors.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in a caretaking facilities or maintenance role desirable
Good understanding of health and safety security and basic building maintenance
Strong practical organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A flexible positive and reliable attitude

Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
