Role Information
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day security upkeep and general maintenance of the school site. Duties will include opening and locking up the premises carrying out minor repairs managing cleaning and maintenance schedules liaising with contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will take pride in keeping the site clean safe and welcoming for pupils and staff.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience in a caretaking maintenance or facilities role desirable
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical or DIY repairs
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and safeguarding in schools
Reliable flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Friendly and approachable with good communication skills

Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
