Job Summary
A well-regarded Good school in Cambridge is seeking a Music ECT to join their Performing Arts team for an immediate start. This school takes great pride in maintaining a rich music culture concerts ensembles rehearsals and performances are well-supported and valued within the school community.
Role Responsibilities
Teaching Music KS3KS4 using modern inclusive curriculum sequences
Encouraging participation in choirs ensembles and music clubs
Supporting seasonal performances and open-evening events
Building confidence in performance and composition
Facilities include:
Practice rooms
A recording suite
Software for composition & digital scoring
A performance hall with professional sound equipment
Support for ECTs
Guided lesson structure modelling
Weekly mentor meetings
Realistic and thoughtful workload management
