You will be part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers responsible for building and operating data-driven digital products. Are you interested
What you will do:
- Deliver valuable digital products with your team to meet business needs
- Own and manage the product backlog end-to-end; align technical teams and business stakeholders
- Prioritize epics and user stories to the roadmap and sprint goals; safeguard sprint-goal integrity
- Break epics into value-sliced stories with clear acceptance criteria; guide juniors in story writing and estimation
- Use velocity and simple metrics for forecasting and stakeholder updates
- Run and lead agile ceremonies; manage scope and timeline expectations
- Coordinate defect triage and prioritization; ensure operational readiness security/privacy and data quality
- Run discovery (interviews prototypes) and convert insights into increments
- Collaborate with data/AI/BI teams on use cases and responsible AI; handle basic API/data-contract considerations
- Coordinate with external partners/vendors as needed
What you bring & who you are:
- Degree in engineering/business/informatics or similar
- Experience as PO/PM in agile environments (Scrum SAFe etc.)
- Strong stakeholder communication; explains backlog changes and trade-offs clearly; keeps artifacts transparent and leads sprint reviews
- Comfortable with web/cloud delivery and modern practices (CI/CD basics); understands basic API/data-contract concepts
- You are a proactive team player with doer mentality
- Fluent in German and English
- Product metrics literacy (velocity simple forecasting adoption/satisfaction) and awareness of security privacy and the energy-sector context
