Commercial Escrow Officer (5 Years Experience)

A respected Dallas title company is urgently looking for a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer to take full immediate ownership of the closing process for substantial commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of demonstrated expertise in commercial escrow capable of managing every detail from stakeholder coordination to ensuring timely accurate and seamless closings. We need an officer dedicated to delivering unparalleled service and stepping into a demanding high-volume role right away. For candidates who fully qualify interviews will be scheduled almost immediately after application. A portable book of business is a welcome asset but is not a prerequisite for this immediate role.

What Youll Do
  • Command the full escrow lifecycle for complex commercial real estate closings driving the process from inception to final settlement.
  • Ensure flawless accuracy in the preparation review and execution of all specialized commercial closing documents and intricate escrow instructions.
  • Proactively resolve complex title and transaction issues unique to commercial real estate strictly enforcing all relevant title industry regulations and compliance mandates.
  • Manage all critical communication as the primary contact for sophisticated clients and stakeholders while rigorously maintaining meticulous commercial transaction records and files.
What Were Looking For
  • Demonstrated success with a minimum of five years of experience serving as a CommercialEscrow Officer specializing in commercial transactions.
  • A national experience in California and Arizona is a significant plus. Texas transactions are predominant making up to 90% of the workload.
  • Deep functional expertise in Texas commercial title and escrow procedures best practices and state/federal regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency required with industry-leading software platforms such as SoftPro RamQuest Qualia or ResWare.
  • Exceptional organizational and proactive file management skills with a proven ability to meticulously manage multiple complex commercial files simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and collaborative problem-solving abilities to effectively coordinate with sophisticated commercial stakeholders.
