These are our current challenges and future goals:

We aim to build and scale the French market end-to-end. We need an owner with deep market expertise and native/near-native French proficiency to lead strategy execution and partnerships across France.

This is where we need your support:

• Build and scale the influencer channel in France: strategy planning execution
• Identify assess and secure the right French creators; develop long-term partnerships
• Lead negotiations and airtight contract management including local compliance/disclosure requirements
• Run end-to-end campaign operations with clear KPIs and regular reporting
• Continuous market and trend monitoring to keep content and formats locally relevant
• Cross-functional collaboration (Social Paid PR Brand Legal); uphold brand and compliance standards; competition analysis trend scouting and testing

You have the following experience:

• 3 years in influencer or social media marketing ideally focused on France
• High level of confidence in French (C1-2) verbal and written; confident sparring in German or English
• Deep understanding of the French creator ecosystem and platform culture
• Proven experience in negotiation campaign operations and performance optimization
• Strong analytics (Excel/Sheets tracking setups KPI interpretation) and structured workflow
• Strong communicator solution-oriented resilient
• Plus: Experience with affiliate setups creator marketplaces CRM/influencer tools (e.g. Kolsquare Traackr Grin)
