Tasks

What Youll Be Doing

• Act as the key interface between Product Management and technical teams to collect define and document product requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary teamssoftware hardware firmware and mechanicalthrough the full product lifecycle
• Create and maintain clear system- and product-level documentation
• Contribute to system and product architecture evolution
• Support and optimize new development tools and processes
• Ensure smooth alignment between technical feasibility business objectives and product vision

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• Deep technical background in software electronics or mechatronics
• Bachelors degree or higher in Software Engineering Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• A track record of managing technical or product development projects
• Strong capability in requirements gathering analysis and documentation
• Clear communicator and coordinator across technical/non-technical teams
• Fluent English skills (German a plus)

Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of electronics and PCB design
• Understanding of software development principles
• Experience in manufacturing and production environments
• Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum Kanban)
• Background in consumer electronics embedded systems or wearables

As you know due to the collective agreement we have to mention the official minimum salary which is 3.17500 gross monthly.
