Job Summary (Field Construction Manager)
- Lead and supervise multiple utility field operations including pole inspections structural restorations and tower maintenance.
- Oversee all on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to safety quality and project specifications.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings to align field teams contractors and supervisors.
- Manage material coordination resolve technical queries and ensure compliance with engineering and safety protocols.
- Identify hazards and enforce corrective safety measures on-site.
- Oversee quality assurance for contractor work especially restoration activities.
- Coordinate project schedules field crews and prepare reports for senior management.
- Utilize strong technical expertise and leadership skills to manage multi-site operations.
- Communicate effectively in English (B2 C1 level) to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- No sponsorship available; full-time onsite position.
