Job Summary

Qualifications

10 years of progressive construction field experience with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on commercial projects.
Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($10M $50M).
Strong knowledge of construction methods sequencing and best practices.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints shop drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with local building codes permitting and inspections.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore Bluebeam or similar).
OSHA 30 required; First Aid/CPR preferred.
Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop field teams.
