The Role

This hands-on engineering position involves building and optimizing Java-based APIs and event-driven microservices using technologies such as Spring Boot Tomcat Docker and AWS. The role emphasizes DevSecOps practices automation and CI/CD pipeline development to ensure high-quality secure and efficient software delivery.

The position requires extensive experience in backend development service-oriented architecture and database management using both SQL (Oracle PL/SQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) technologies. Operating within the FIA Platform team this role contributes to modernizing technology platforms and delivering innovative solutions that enable millions of customers to achieve tax-efficient savings protection and guaranteed income in retirement.
