Job Summary

100% telecommute.

Hours: 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) aligned with Central or Pacific time

Project: The role is for a Sr Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) on the HI HAP/EDW DDI Project. The DDI is at a critical stage with delivery of remaining deliverables and continuation of the customer relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage detailed project schedule for 10 workstreams and partner with State resources as needed to maintain integrated schedule
  • Setting up/maintaining predecessor and successor task and milestones in the schedule
  • Ensure project schedule passes all Federal checks (standards) and submitting weekly
  • Resource leveling the project schedule Calculating CPI SPI BEI
  • Manage project contract deliverables and artifacts tracking and submission to State repository
  • Provide overall project management support including risk/issue management to ensure on time delivery
  • Lead/attend 25 standing meetings each week; additional meetings scheduled as needed.

Required:

  • 5 years of Microsoft Project experience - working with multiple project schedules
  • 5 years of IT Project Management experience
  • 3 years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
  • 2 years experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions
  • 2 years experience working with State Governments
  • PMP certification
  • PMI Project Scheduler certification

Preferred:

  • Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session
  • Healthcare Information Exchange EDI Healthcare Industry experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint Access)
  • Proficiency with MS Visio
