- Deliver daily Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) using Elekta Unity MR-Linac adjusting treatment plans in real time for patient-specific precision.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists physicists and dosimetrists to ensure safe accurate and effective therapy delivery.
- Perform daily imaging target contouring and maintain detailed and accurate treatment documentation.
- Participate in quality assurance procedures workflow improvements and innovation initiatives related to adaptive therapy techniques.
- Support the onboarding and training of new staff and students sharing expertise in adaptive therapy.
- Maintain a clean safe and patient-focused treatment environment adhering to all clinical and safety protocols.
- Utilize strong computer skills and familiarity with Elekta & Varian equipment; experience with Unity MR-Linac is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development in advanced radiation therapy technologies.
- Contribute to a collaborative compassionate team committed to delivering high-quality personalized cancer care.
