Job Summary

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior-level Scrum Master with a strong track record of successfully leading Agile teams to meet sprint goals and delivery commitments. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate ambiguity foster team collaboration and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives etc.)
Guide teams through complex and rapidly changing environments
Manage dependencies and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and IT
Maintain transparency through effective communication and reporting
Support forecasting and capacity planning

Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong facilitation communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and change
Experience with Agile tools: JIRA Mural Confluence
Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools including Teams and SharePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

E-commerce domain experience
Familiarity with retail and store operations
Experience working with distributed teams

Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid setup and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
