Job Description:

Create engaging and on-brand digital marketing materials that communicate TekWissens value proposition to external and internal audiences globally and support TekWissens strategic initiatives.
Develops templates and provides design direction to help maintain and continually improve TekWissens brand presence and ensures all marketing communications and collateral comply with brand guidelines.
Responsible to Designs digital and web-based corporate marketing collateral including but not limited to advertisements brochures sell sheets digital communications infographics PowerPoint presentations and experiential and environmental graphics in support of business development efforts and other organizational initiatives.
Collaborates with business leads and other internal partners to produce a variety of creative digital deliverables; presents design and branding proposals to project leads when required.
Manages multiple design projects while meeting deadlines; works with Digital Marketing Manager to maintain status of assigned projects.
Synchronizes marketing materials to ensure consistency in TekWissens visual brand identity. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
Experience with web design Experience with distributed marketing platforms

Skills and Abilities:

Required Strong oral and written English communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge Advanced PowerPoint InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator etc..
Basic Excel and Word Ability to conceptualize and design multiple ideas/solutions for projects based on business requirements.
Use creative design and innovative to produce strategic marketing materials and promotional materials for all areas of the organization Ability to be flexible when needed take initiative and demonstrate accountability
Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
Ability to set goals multitask and prioritize workload Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects
Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives Understanding of current practices and trends in marketing technology and media and of how marketing and branding strategies intersect with design
Assist in creating and editing copy for print materials videos newsletters etc. Ensure brand consistency for all outgoing materials and communications Knowledge of business-to-business marketing communication.
Education And Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in Graphic Arts or Design Fine Arts or equivalent related work experience 1-4 years experience in a graphic design
