About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Architect to lead the design and
implementation of our next-generation data and analytics this role you
will architect scalable secure and compliant data and AI solutions that drive
innovation in Healthcare and Real-World Data (RWD).
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how data is collected transformed governed and
leveraged for advanced analytics and AI - enabling life science/pharms professionals
and researchers to extract real-world insights that improve patient outcomes.
This position works closely with our Cloud Engineering & Product Teams as we
transition from a cloud-agnostic approach to an AWS-optimized infrastructure
including NVIDIA GPU acceleration for AI/ML workloads.

This position works closely with our Cloud Engineering & Product Teams as we
transition from a cloud-agnostic approach to an AWS-optimized infrastructure
including NVIDIA GPU acceleration for AI/ML workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end data architecture spanning ingestion
storage transformation and consumption layers.
Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare
data (e.g. EHR claims genomic and patient-generated data).
Architect data lakehouse or hybrid solutions leveraging AWS-native services
(e.g. S3 Glue Redshift Athena EMR Lake Formation).
Define and implement data governance lineage and metadata management
frameworks to ensure quality traceability and compliance.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design and deploy machine learning pipelines
and MLOps workflows using SageMaker EKS or Kubeflow.
Integrate NVIDIA GPU-accelerated compute and frameworks (CUDA
TensorRT RAPIDS) to enable scalable AI/ML model training and inference.
Ensure all solutions meet HIPAA HITRUST and security compliance
requirements.
Partner with Cloud Architects Data Scientists and Product Teams to align data
strategy with business and research objectives.
