Job Description:
We are seeking an AV/Tech Support professional for a short-term engagement focused on managing webcasts for Commission hearings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with audiovisual equipment and the ability to troubleshoot live streaming issues. This role requires on-site presence for approximately three days per week and involves monitoring and managing audiovisual components during hearings.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage webcasts for Commission hearings ensuring seamless audio and video quality.
Operate and troubleshoot streaming and audiovisual equipment during live events.
Manage virtual witnesses via Teams and telephone as needed.
Maintain a schedule that may vary in hours based on the number of hearings.
Collaborate with the SCC manager for planning and execution of webcasts.

Required Skills:

3 years of experience in multicamera production or live event streaming.
3 years of experience with webcasting software.
3 years of experience with audiovisual equipment including microphones and video cameras.
Experience with webcasting public meetings and hearings (desired but not mandatory).
