Role Overview:
The role provides Tier 1 2 technical support for end users including troubleshooting software installation device imaging and timely escalations. Responsibilities span Windows environments Microsoft applications networking basics and support for mobile and cloud productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide desk-side and remote support for desktops laptops and thin clients.

Install patch and troubleshoot Windows 7/10 and Microsoft applications.

Configure and troubleshoot Windows networking (TCP/IP) and printers.

Support Office 365 Google Workspace and browsers (Edge Chrome).

Administer client-side Active Directory tasks and encryption tools (BitLocker McAfee).
Required Skills & Experience:

4 years in PC support with remote tools.

Windows 7/10 installation patching and troubleshooting.

Microsoft 2019 and Office 365 support.
-
Windows TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting.

Browser support (Edge Chrome) software installs and printer troubleshooting.

Apple device support (iPad iPhone) and client-side Active Directory.

Experience with hard drive encryption (BitLocker McAfee) and registry edits.
Preferred Skills:
Additional Details:
Standard hours are 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. This position requires 5 days per week onsite attendance. Local candidates preferred due to onsite requirements and interview scheduling.
