About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer (PE/GE) to lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from proposal through construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project management field exploration and construction observation along with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and offices.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct geotechnical engineering analyses and field exploration.

Manage and oversee projects including budgets timelines and client communication.

Provide construction observation testing and reporting.

Review technical reports proposals and project documentation.

Collaborate with engineers project managers and staff across multiple offices.
-
Ensure compliance with regional state and federal standards.
Schedule
Requirements

Professional Engineer (PE) or Geotechnical Engineer (GE) license preferred.

Proven experience in civil/public works or land development project management.

Strong analytical technical writing and project management skills.

Ability to perform and oversee field investigations lab testing and construction observations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Must be a U.S. resident (no consideration for non-residents or PhD holders).

California residency strongly preferred due to regional project requirements.
