- Respond to inquiries from prospective participants
- Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts provided)
- Guide participants through program information and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and scheduling platforms
- Coordinate schedules and client profiles to ensure smooth processes
- Assist with posting content for recruitment and engagement initiatives (training provided)
- Participate in your own ongoing personal and professional development
Qualifications
- 10 years professional experience in HR recruitment or talent coordination
- Confidence in phone/video interviews and screening conversations
- Strong communication skills warm and people-focused
- Highly organized proactive and able to manage time independently
- Interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM software Google Workspace Zoom)
- Bonus: experience with social media or content tools (training provided)
