Position Summary
The Material Handler II (AFC Material Coordinator/Picker) is responsible for moving organizing and managing materials within the Aftermarket Fulfillment Center (AFC). This position plays a key role in ensuring timely accurate fulfillment of customer orders and maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. The Material Handler II will operate a forklift perform RF scanning transactions and collaborate with internal teams to meet fulfillment goals while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Move incoming materials from receiving and inspection areas to designated storage locations.

Load and unload materials onto pallets racks and shelves manually or using forklifts and hoists.

Use RF scanners and computer systems to document all inventory movements and material transactions.

Consolidate and organize materials to ensure efficient storage and accessibility.
-
Verify part numbers material identification and quantities to maintain accurate inventory records.
-
Ensure all materials are properly tagged and labeled for traceability and picking accuracy.

Pull and pack materials according to system-generated pick lists to fulfill customer orders.

Generate shipping labels and prepare orders securely for shipment to prevent damage.

Assist with sales order kits by picking labeling and packing individual materials as per work orders.

Create system notifications for damaged or incorrect parts as required.

Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain data accuracy.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment consistent with company safety policies.

Collaborate with team members across fulfillment and production functions to ensure timely completion of orders.

Perform additional warehouse duties and cross-functional support as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Forklift Experience: Minimum 1 year of forklift operation (certification preferred).

Licenses: Valid drivers license required.
