Job Summary
Were seeking experienced QA Automation Engineers / SDETs with strong programming and automation skills ideally from the banking domain. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience in testing both mobile and web applications including interactive platforms like IVR Voice LAD or Live Chat.
Core Technical Skills
Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of:
- Java
- Python
- C#
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
- Selenium
- Cypress
- Playwright
- Appium
- Hammer
- Cyara
Domain Experience
- Banking or Financial Services background is highly preferred
- Exposure to applications such as:
- IVR systems
- Voice-enabled platforms
- LAD (Loan Application Dashboards or similar)
- Live Chat or customer engagement tools
Platform Coverage
- Proven experience in testing across:
- Mobile applications (Android/iOS)
- Web applications (responsive and desktop)
- Omnichannel interfaces (voice chat etc.)
