- Website development
- Regularly update and maintain the companys website content ensuring
accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely
publication of news announcements and service updates.
Social Media Management
- Manage the companys social media profiles including content creation post
scheduling and audience engagement. Monitor social media platforms for
customer feedback and respond appropriately. Track social media metrics to
assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
External Advertising
- Coordinate external advertising campaigns across TV newspaper and radio
platforms as directed by the Admin Manager. Oversee the full process
including quotation confirmation scheduling of ad dates and times content
approval and post-payment tracking to verify proper ad placement.
Customer Call Handling
- Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally. Provide
accurate information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Document
customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
Email Response Management
- Monitor and respond to customer emails on time (within 24 hours).
Ensure all written communications reflect the companys tone and service
standards. Track common customer issues and provide feedback for process
improvements.
Customer Service Reporting
- Compile and consolidate customer complaints and compliments report from
all toll plazas and the operations center each month. Submit the finalized report
to the Operations Manager for review within 5 days after the end of each month
Adhoc
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
