As a SailPoint Developer you will:
- Be responsible for end-to-end onboarding of business applications into the landscape from intake to acceptance.
- Validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements for application onboarding in line with IT principles security standards and architectural guidelines.
- Work with application owners to integrate their systems using standard onboarding patterns and determine technical needs for non-standard applications.
- Configure and integrate applications into SailPoint Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) using standard IAM functionality.
- Actively participate in Scrum and SAFe events contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive standardization automation and integration through collaboration with the SailPoint platform team and CI/CD pipeline utilization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 68 years of overall experience including at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and 1 year of hands-on experience with SailPoint IGA.
- Strong understanding of security technologies authorization management processes and security policy frameworks.
- Hands-on integration experience with SailPoint and technologies such as LDAP REST/SOAP web services SCIM databases SaaS platforms (Okta) Workday and SAP Suite.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Azure environments and Linux servers.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java BeanShell or JavaScript.
- Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies and working collaboratively in DevOps teams.
You should possess the ability to:
- Identify design and implement new standard onboarding patterns that improve scalability and efficiency.
- Engage effectively with application owners and stakeholders to assess onboarding requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently while ensuring compliance standards.
- Drive process improvements through automation and standardization across onboarding activities.
