SailPoint Developer (ID3302)

As a SailPoint Developer you will: Be responsible for end-to-end onboarding of business applications into the landscape from intake to acceptance. Validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements for application onboarding in line with IT principles security standards and architectural guidelines. Work with application owners to integrate their systems using standard onboarding patterns and determine technical needs for non-standard applications. Configure and integrate applications into SailPoint Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) using standard IAM functionality. Actively participate in Scrum and SAFe events contributing to Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive standardization automation and integration through collaboration with the SailPoint platform team and CI/CD pipeline utilization. What You Bring to the Table: Experience: 68 years of overall experience including at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and 1 year of hands-on experience with SailPoint IGA. Strong understanding of security technologies authorization management processes and security policy frameworks. Hands-on integration experience with SailPoint and technologies such as LDAP REST/SOAP web services SCIM databases SaaS platforms (Okta) Workday and SAP Suite. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Azure environments and Linux servers. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java BeanShell or JavaScript. Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies and working collaboratively in DevOps teams. You should possess the ability to: Identify design and implement new standard onboarding patterns that improve scalability and efficiency. Engage effectively with application owners and stakeholders to assess onboarding requirements and propose optimal solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently while ensuring compliance standards. Drive process improvements through automation and standardization across onboarding activities.
