What Youll Do

As a Telesales Executive/Sales Development Representative youll be the first voice customers hear connecting curious homeowners and business owners with our clean energy solutions. Youll qualify inbound leads conduct discovery calls and schedule advisory appointments for our sales team.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Handling inbound calls messages and inquiries from potential customers.

  • Engaging prospects through friendly informative discovery calls.

  • Pitching our rent-to-own solar plans and encouraging next steps toward adoption.

  • Assisting with basic rooftop design preparation and proposal coordination.

  • Managing appointment schedules for advisory calls or site surveys.

  • Supporting continuous process improvements that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

No prior solar experience is needed just a passion for connecting with people and helping them make smart sustainable choices.



Requirements

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.

  • 12 years of experience in sales or customer service (especially phone-based roles).

  • Strong communication and listening skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a plus.

  • Confident patient and persistent when handling rejections.

  • Well-organized adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic startup setting.

  • Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs Sheets Slides).

  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the renewable energy space.
