Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of CS Eximbills modules (LCs Guarantees Collections Loans).
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate trade finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in trade finance systems through R&D initiatives.
Mentor and guide development teams on CS platform architecture configuration and integration.
Conduct performance tuning system upgrades and patch management for Eximbills environments.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal audit standards.
Liaise with China Systems support teams for advanced troubleshooting and product updates.
Document technical specifications workflows and change logs for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems or related field.
Certifications in trade finance or CS Eximbills (preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with 3 years in trade finance systems specifically in Banking and Finance Domain.
Proven expertise in CS Eximbills platform including parameter-driven configuration and module integration.
Strong knowledge of trade finance operations and SWIFT messaging standards.
Proficiency in Java Oracle PL/SQL and middleware technologies.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Excellent analytical thinking problem-solving and communication skills.
