Job Summary

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

ü Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue volume and market share targets in the confectionery category.

ü Set regional sales targets and budgets and monitor performance through regular reporting and field visits.

ü Manage key national accounts including major retailers distributors wholesalers and modern trade partners.

ü Analyze consumer behavior and confectionery market trends to adjust strategies and introduce new products effectively.

ü Provide detailed sales forecasts and business reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

ü Ensure adherence to food safety standards labeling laws and confectionery storage requirements.



Requirements

One of the leading Food Industries in Jordan looking to hire
"National Sales Manager" with the following qualification :


ü Bachelor degree in International Business Food Technology Marketing or related field (Master degree is preferred).

ü Minimum 810 years of export management experience preferably in confectionery FMCG or food manufacturing.

ü Strong negotiation communication and multicultural relationship management skills.

ü Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

ü Willingness to travel extensively for market visits distributor meetings and sales reviews.

ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics GP SAP).

ü Fluency in English (additional languages such as French Arabic are advantageous).
