Job Summary
Job Title: International Counselor
Location: Bhubaneswar Odisha
Key Responsibilities
Call candidates to inform them about available job opportunities and invite them for walk-in sessions.
Meet walk-in visitors and scheduled leads; conduct short structured counseling sessions.
Explain program pathways eligibility criteria and next steps in simple clear language.
Pre-screen candidates for eligibility and assist with basic documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain daily trackers calls visits and conversions and share quick status updates with the team.
Support small outreach activities at nearby colleges hostels and community locations to generate leads.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Graduate (MBA preferred not mandatory)
Fluent in English and Odia
Friendly reliable and proactive communicator
Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in counseling education or customer-facing roles are welcome
