Job Summary
This is a remote position.
What Youll Do
Plan launch and manage cold email campaigns for lead generation and partnerships.
Set up and maintain automation workflows sequences and follow-ups.
Manage prospect lists segmentation and targeting across multiple campaigns.
Write and test personalized email copy to improve response and conversion rates.
Monitor deliverability domain health and campaign performance metrics.
Work closely with internal teams to align outreach goals with broader marketing objectives.
Continuously optimize processes and tools to scale results efficiently.

Requirements
24 years of experience in cold email marketing outreach or automation.
Strong understanding of email deliverability personalization and technical setup (SPF DKIM DNS etc.).
Experience using cold email tools such as Instantly Smartlead Lemlist or Woodpecker.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Hungarian is a strong plus.
Proactive organized and comfortable working in a remote fast-paced environment.
