Our client in the real estate sector is seeking to recruit a Property Consultant to provide financial operational and market analysis that supports key business and investment decisions. The role focuses on evaluating business performance conducting market research and developing data-driven insights to guide strategic planning and growth initiatives. It involves preparing financial models assessing investment opportunities and supporting management in optimizing operational efficiency. The position plays a key role in enhancing business performance supporting decision-making and contributing to overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze real estate market data sales performance and operational trends to support business decisions.
Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to evaluate potential investments and development opportunities.
Support management in formulating strategies to improve sales rentals and business development outcomes.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
Develop and track KPIs to measure departmental performance and recommend improvement areas.
Prepare periodic reports dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to streamline data collection reporting and analysis processes.
Assist in preparing business cases proposals and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Real Estate or a related field.
Minimum of 23 years experience in business analysis financial analysis or a related function within the real estate or property development industry.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI or similar analytical tools.
Excellent research reporting and presentation abilities.
Good knowledge of Ghanas real estate market and property investment dynamics.
High attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
