Werkzaamheden

Als functioneel beheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de applicatie en bewaakt de functionaliteiten. Je werkt binnen een team van ambitieuze specialisten dat verantwoordelijk is voor de inrichting van de bedrijfsprocessen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het daarbij horende applicatiebeheer en ontwikkeling van die applicaties; met name CCS afdeling bestaat uit medewerkers met elk hun eigen specialisme maar een hoge mate van onderlinge afhankelijkheid en samenwerking.

Aandachtsgebieden binnen jouw functie

• Support: gebruikersbeheer- en ondersteuning problem management en onderhoud
• Producten- en procesinrichting binnen de applicatie
• Connectiviteit ontsluiting en ketenintegratie

Tevens wordt er van je verwacht dat je meedenkt en input levert over het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen binnen jouw specifieke aandachtsgebied.

Taken

• Beantwoorden vragen van gebruikers (2de lijns);
• Trainen van groepen en individuele gebruikers om met applicaties om te gaan (1ste lijns);
• Registreren analyseren en verhelpen van storingen en problemen (2de lijns);
• Registreren en beheren van gebruikers en rechten (2de lijns)
• Testen en implementeren nieuwe versies;
• Onderhouden van contacten met (software)leveranciers.

Relaties

Als functioneel beheerder is het belangrijk dat jegoed kunt samenwerken. Binnen de organisatie heb jij contact met de volgende functies of rollen:

• Gebruikers inclusief key usersbinnen projectgroepen ter verbetering van onze applicaties;
• Manager en medewerkers Change & Transformation office;
• Manager IT;
• Medewerkers softwareleverancier.

Competenties

• HBO werk- /denkniveau.
• Verzekeringskennis Wft Basis (of de bereidheid deze te halen)
• Kennis van en ervaring met Microsoft Office suite. Kennis van CCS is een sterke pre.
• Teamspeler en een verbinder met een hands-on mentaliteit
• Analytisch nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht
• Belangstelling voor bedrijfsprocessen
• Om kunnen gaan met veranderingen
• Beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
• In staat de behoeften van gebruikers te vertalen naar functionele wensen samen met de business analist
• Een lerende oriëntatie: Aandacht tonen voor nieuwe kennis en informatie deze in zich opnemen en effectief toepassen.
