At Santander were building the future of banking and we want you to be part of it. Our 10-week Internship Programme is designed to give you cross-functional exposure hands-on experience real responsibility and the chance to shape meaningful projects that make a difference.
Youll have the opportunity to gain insights into business areas across the bank i.e. Corporate and Commercial Banking Risk and Finance. Throughout the programme youll gain practical experience develop professional skills and build connections that kickstart your career. Working alongside your peers you will also take part in a project that challenges you to apply your skills creativity and curiosity. If successful you could convert to a graduate position within Santander UK in 2027.

Requirements
Were interested in your potential not just your degree. If youre curious eager to learn and ready to make an impact youll fit right in.
Youll bring:
A predicted pass in any degree subject as well as 112 UCAS points (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent excluding General Studies and Extended Project) as a penultimate year student
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent numerical and writing skills
A collaborative approach to work with a can-do mindset
