YOUR ROLE AS A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT

As a Housekeeping Assistant you ensure that our rooms and public areas are spotless and inviting reflecting the quality and warmth our guests expect from Marriott.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Oversee the daily operations of the outsourced housekeeping team

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards

• Coordinate cleaning schedules daily task lists and documentation (e.g. lost & found cleaning checklists)

• Handle guest requests and follow up on special cleaning or maintenance needs

• Monitor stock levels of linen cleaning materials and amenities

• Check and verify invoices and maintain accurate housekeeping records

• Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards at all times

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards

• Reliable organized and proactive working style

• Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds

• Good communication skills in English and German

• Flexibility and a hands-on attitude
