The Regional Customer Service Team Leader is a full time permanent role based in QLD - Brisbane & Gold Coast. You will be flexible to travel between multiple QLD sites.

In a fast-paced environment you will be working closely with the National Customer Relations Lead and Site Managers. You will lead a Team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across our various sites in Queensland.

Additionally this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Providing a supportive and work environment for all Customer Service Officers.
  • Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries.
  • Internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Recruitment training and performance management for Customer Service team members.

To be Considered you will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer facing fast paced environment.
  • Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  • Have high attention to detail.
  • Be organised and have exceptional time management skills.
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Experience with AUDANET K2K and/or iBody management systems.
