This role sits within Compliance and AFC (C&AFC) Frameworks and Programmes function where you will be tasked to provide oversight of the C&AFC frameworks and programs holistically and reinforce a risk-oriented culture and ensure we support lasting success and financial security of our clients. The C&AFC Frameworks and Programs team will be key in strengthening 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense (LoD) risk ownership and controls through risk identification risk appetites policies risk assessments training reporting and conduct risk management.

Your key responsibilities
Support the development and rollout of transformation frameworks methodologies and programs.
Drive program governance including tracking milestones risks and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Prepare and manage materials for senior leadership forums global town halls and transformation communications.
Contribute to people and culture priorities within the transformation agenda.
Provide strategic and operational support to the F&P Head of Governance including managing ad-hoc projects.
Your skills and experience
Strong experience in transformation strategy or change management (banking or consulting preferred).
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with experience preparing materials for senior leaders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across global teams.
