How youll contribute

APharmacy Supervisorwho excels in this role:

Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
Determine coordinate and supervise daily pharmacy technician staffing assignments and levels.
Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies procedures and protocols.
Omnicell Superuser.
Act as part of the sterile compounding team as a designated person.
Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
