ROLE SUMMARY

Today Pfizer Oncology has an industry-leading pipeline that includes the combined legacy Pfizer and Seagen portfolio across breast genitourinary hematology-oncology and thoracic therapeutic areas. Thoracic represents a crucial component to achieve Pfizers overarching strategic ambition in Oncology; thoracic is estimated to represent 25% of Pfizer Oncologys 2030 global sales. Collectively our focus is on building upon our foundation in lung precision medicine to accelerate new standards of care in broader populations.
Despite therapeutic advances in lung cancer there remains significant unmet patient need. Each year there are 2.7 million new lung cancer cases globally. The lung cancer therapies market is expected to grow from $45B in 2025 to $70B in 2030 globally.
Core to Pfizers lung cancer strategy is realizing the potential of our first-in-class antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) namely our potential first-in-class integrin-Beta-6 (IB6)-targeting ADC sigvotatug (SV). >90% of NSCLC tumors express integrin Beta-6. The first commercial launch of SV in lung cancer specifically 2L NSCLC is being planned for 1H 2027; followed by 1L NSCLC PD-L1 TPS >50% in 2H 2028. SV is also being studied in 1L NSCLC (any PD-L1 TPS).
In Global Marketing we translate science into value for patients. Our remit is to own the strategic direction across the asset lifecycle ensure long-term value creation and preservation and drive brand consistency across markets and efficiencies in execution.
This role will report to the Global Commercial Lead for SV.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169700.00 to $282900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
