Youll handle all aspects of producing high-quality signage including operating equipment preparing materials and ensuring excellent results. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain large-format printers laminators and plotters.
• Prepare substrates and materials for printing and fabrication.
• Handle cutting trimming and assembly of printed materials.
• Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Required: Hands-on experience with large-format printers laminators and plotters.
• Preferred: Installation experience and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the large-format printing or sign industry.
• Proficiency with large-format printers laminators and plotters.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
• Strong math and measurement skills for precise production work.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable using light power equipment and tools.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Reliable punctual and able to work without direct supervision.
