Job Summary
As the Store Manager of our Flagship Wairau Park Store you will be the driving force behind your stores success. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will:
Own the P&L: Take full accountability for revenue margin and profitability targets.
Lead at Scale: Manage and develop a team of 40 ensuring top tier performance and engagement.
Deliver Results: Achieve sales and service KPIs across multiple product categories.
Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance stock integrity and flawless execution of merchandising and marketing strategies.
Customer Experience: Set the standard for service excellence ensuring every interaction reflects expertise and professionalism.
Were looking for a proven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Qualifications :
You will demonstrate:
Proven Management Experience: Ideally 5 years in store management with experience leading large teams (20 staff)
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management forecasting and driving profitability.
People Leadership: Skilled in recruiting coaching and retaining talent.
Resilience and Drive: A results-focused mindset with the ability to lead through complexity and change.
Bring the Energy: Combine high energy with a proactive nature to actively increase opportunities for commercial partnerships and sales.
