- Customer service consulting
- Establishing the standard Change Management process for the customer in order to be service-ready in the sense of business enabling
- Supporting the tool solution (ITSM) for the Request and Change processes
- Supporting the automation solutions for the implementation of the customer requests
- Creating the relevant Change templates in the tool for the automation solution
- Accompanying the established automation solutions and supporting with any necessary adjustments in the templates/process
- Consulting with the customer / automation stakeholders to find the best solutions for the different use cases
- Supporting the overall onboarding procedure for the customer
- Constantly monitoring and tracking the progress and quality of the established proces
- Inititating improvement measures for the involved processes
Qualifications :
- Good IT knowledge and understanding
- Structured analytic and working skills
- Confident communication skills with strong customer focus
- Good skills in consulting & establishing a process along customer needs and TSI standards
- Change management experience
- Interest in automation solutions
- German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
- Experience with customers in the Health area is an advantage
