Wondering About Pay
Lets be clearwe dont pay award rates. We pay well above them in line with (and often exceeding) industry standards. Our salary range is $130000 to $140000 for an exceptional veterinarian with at least 4 years of clinical experience. This reflects the genuine value we place on your expertise and dedication. If you know your worth were ready to recognise it.

That said clinical autonomy is at the heart of how we operate. Day-to-day decisions in our clinic are made by our team.
