Job Summary
The bioanalytical position is responsible for performing quantitative analysis of various biological samples in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bioanalytical support for various DMPK studies.
- Perform quantitative analysis of small molecules and metabolites in plasma blood urine bile feces and various tissues using liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) method.
- Perform routine LC/MS/MS instrument maintenance develop and trouble-shoot LC/MS/MS method.
- Provide routine general support (eg prepare of mobile phases organize freezer etc)
Qualifications :
Basic Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. in a Chemistry Biochemistry or a related field with 0-2 years relevant experiences in bioanalysis using LC/MS/MS.
- Strong attention to details good record keeping a team player
- Experiences with ADME assays are a plus.
Additional Information :
Position is Full Time Monday Friday First Shift with overtime as business needs require. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of San Diego CA are encouraged to apply.
