Join the award-winning Fairmont St Andrews team and play a key role in driving MICE sales for one of Scotlands most iconic luxury destinations. As Sales Manager youll be responsible for developing new business nurturing key accounts and representing the resort across your designated territory. Whether youre based in St Andrews or London youll bring energy creativity and commercial focus to help us exceed our revenue goals.
What Youll Be Doing
Drive new business: Proactively source pitch and close new MICE opportunities through targeted outreach meetings events and trade shows.
Grow existing relationships: Maximise value from key accounts and cultivate long-term loyalty with clients and partners.
Be our brand ambassador: Represent Fairmont St Andrews at industry events client visits and sales missions in the UK and internationally.
Collaborate for success: Partner with Accor Global Sales destination marketing bodies and industry partners to drive demand and exposure.
Strategise for results: Develop and execute sales plans that enhance market share revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
Proven success in proactive B2B sales ideally within MICE hospitality or luxury travel sectors.
Strong relationship management skills and a passion for turning opportunities into results.
Ability and enthusiasm to travel regularly to Scotland (typically a few times per month if London-based).
Confidence in representing a world-class brand with professionalism and flair.
Background in global hotel brands conference venues or luxury destinations preferred.
