Product Director Professional Services

We are seeking a strategic customer-focusedDirector of Industry Product Managementto lead the development of differentiated ERP capabilities for theprofessional services industry. This is asenior individual contributor roleideal for someone who thrives onthe dynamics of the professional services space cross-functional influence and product innovation. 

You will work closely with horizontal product managers (e.g. Financials HR Procurement Projects) to ensure our platform deliversend-to-end supportfor the evolving needs ofmid-market professional services firms. 

You will research drive requirements oversee design and drive launch for industry specific solutions.  You will bring new products to market to drive further cross sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that will increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings. You will drive thought leadership in what the next generation of automation solutions can bring to the professional services space to help our clients compete and win.

Key Responsibilities 

Industry Strategy & Roadmap Alignment  

• Define and maintain acomprehensive industry roadmapfor professional services aligned with customer needs market trends and regulatory requirements. 
• Translate industry-specific workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules. Gather document and validatedetailed product requirementsbased on customer interviews market research and regulatory analysis. 
• Champion the use ofAI and automation technologiesto deliverindustry-specific differentiatorsthat help clientsinnovate drive efficiencies and grow. 
• Identify opportunities to embedpredictive analytics intelligent workflows and decision augmentationinto professional services use cases to allow our users to focus on what matters.

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

• Act as theindustry voicein product planning conversations with horizontal product teams. 
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Sales and Customer Success to support evangelism of our product strategy to assist with go-to-market strategies enablement and to drive customer engagement. 

Customer & Market Insight 

• Engage directly with customers partners and industry experts to gather insights and validate product direction. 
• Monitor competitive offerings market shifts and compliance trends to inform product differentiation. 

 Product Execution Support 

• Contribute to discovery validation and launch activities in collaboration with UX engineering and operations teams. 
• Ensure industry-specific requirements are prioritized and delivered in alignment with platform capabilities. 

Qualifications :

• Experience in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms. 
• Deep understanding ofprofessional services business models including project-based delivery utilization billing scheduling and compliance. 
• Strong ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment. 
• Proven ability to translate complex industry needs into scalable product solutions. 
• Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. 

Desirable Experience 

• Experience with ERP or PSA platforms  
• Familiarity with mid-market services firms and their operational challenges. 
• Familiarity with inAI-driven or data-rich product environments. 

This role can be based remotely in Spain or Portugal.
