- Lead the guest journey from check-in to check-out with flair and efficiency

- Coach support and energize the team to bring their best every shift
- Keep safety and security on pointalways

Qualifications :
To thrive in this role youll need to bring your go-getter energythink bold proactive adaptable and always ready to roll up your sleeves. Youre someone who leads with confidence solves problems with flair and keeps the vibe high no matter the shift.
Heres what youll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in Hotel Front Office as an Assistant Manager Duty Manager or Team Leader
- Tech-savvy with solid skills in Opera Cloud (or similar PMS) Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Current and valid First Aid and CPR certification
- RP Badge and Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation valid in South Australia
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shiftsfrom early mornings to late nights weekends and public holidays as business demands
