Job Summary
Join our Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Data Intelligence & Solutions team within the Consulting Division as a Manager based in Melbourne where youll support a wide range of high-profile internal audit and assurance engagements through the application of advanced data analytics. Working alongside a national network of professionals and partnering with some of Melbournes and Australias most prominent organisations youll be part of a collaborative positive and purpose-driven team environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in data analytics data science internal audit risk or assurance who are looking to expand their skill set into the risk data analytics and digital assurance space.
The Opportunity
- Collaborate with internal audit and assurance teams to provide data analytics solutions that enhance the effectiveness of audit procedures and risk assessments.
- Translate audit objectives into data-driven approaches including data extraction transformation analysis and visualization.
- Deliver insights that support risk identification process improvement and control effectiveness.
- Work with clients across various industries to solve complex business challenges using analytics tools and methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of data analytics strategies and reusable solutions within the GRC function.

Your Experience
- A passion for delivering innovative client solutions using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A commercial and analytical mindset with well-developed written and verbal communication skills and strong project management skills
- Prior experience in internal audit assurance or risk advisory roles ideally with exposure to data analytics.
- Proven experience in data visualization using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Familiarity with ETL and data analysis tools such as SQL Alteryx Python R or similar platforms (experience in one or more is desirable but not essential).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
