The Director Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise (VSCE) will partner with Visa stakeholders to provide product expertise to our white label banks in North America. The position is responsible participating in cohesive cross functional Visa teams to foster and maintain strategic relationships with VSCE white label clients to deliver solutions that drive commercial card growth.
The Director is responsible for client engagement and voice of the customer and is accountable for assisting the regions and sales teams with detailed discussions about VSCE. The candidate must understand the clients broader Visa relationship including the use of other Visa products the overall service experience and can effectively manage issues/escalations.
The ideal candidate has a strong account manager management background that has worked closely with Product teams can manage short term projects and lead or participate in testing and deployment of new product features.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD
- University qualification preferred or in a technical field with 10 to 12 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate business and/or SaaS environment. Prior product management experience is a plus
- The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to implement and assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures
- Base-level understanding of common SaaS technical concepts (e.g. web-services APIs Apps federated access etc.)
- Experience with the Spend Clarity or white label Platform is beneficial
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Strong analytical/analysis and project management/planning skills
- Functional domain experience in processes and systems for corporate spend management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to lead influence others and set direction
- Ability to contribute new ideas and find solutions to business challenges while delivering top-quality customer service
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (i.e. Excel PowerPoint Access Oracle and Word)
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing collateral and presenting both internally and to external audiences
- Additional experience with a complex financial system (e.g. Cognos Oracle) is beneficial but not required
- Strong business ethics and demonstrable success in the above listed core competencies
