As a Remote Hotel Scheduler youll be the main point of contact for booking and confirming hotel stays coordinating details with clients and ensuring all reservations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hotel reservations for both individual and group clients.
- Confirm booking details preferences and budget requirements.
- Communicate with hotels and travel partners to secure the best availability and rates.
- Manage changes cancellations and special requests with attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records and data using online booking systems.
- Provide professional customer service and efficient problem-solving support.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
- Prior experience in hospitality booking or scheduling preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
