JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Director - Trauma Program

RN DIR - TRAUMA

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director of Trauma Program will have the following job responsibilities:

Develop processes for monitoring and improving the financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
Perform strategic planning and coordinate optimal care of trauma patients across the care continuum.
Coordinate efforts between local and regional trauma systems.
Monitor clinical processes outcomes and system issues related to the quality of care provided.
Develop quality filters audits and case reviews to identify trends and events.
Design the trauma registry to facilitate performance improvement activities trend reports and research while protecting confidentiality.
Manage the processes for verification and re-verification for the Trauma Center.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Trauma Program

RN DIR - TRAUMA

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director of Trauma Program must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

5 years of recent (within the last year) acute care Trauma Leadership experience.
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(RN) Registered Nurse
Associate Degree
