JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Director - Trauma Program

RN DIR - TRAUMA

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director of Trauma Program will have the following job responsibilities:

  • Develop processes for monitoring and improving the financial performance and resource utilization of the Trauma Center.
  • Perform strategic planning and coordinate optimal care of trauma patients across the care continuum.
  • Coordinate efforts between local and regional trauma systems.
  • Monitor clinical processes outcomes and system issues related to the quality of care provided.
  • Develop quality filters audits and case reviews to identify trends and events.
  • Design the trauma registry to facilitate performance improvement activities trend reports and research while protecting confidentiality.
  • Manage the processes for verification and re-verification for the Trauma Center.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Director - Trauma Program

RN DIR - TRAUMA

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Director of Trauma Program must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

  • 5 years of recent (within the last year) acute care Trauma Leadership experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree
